The interview centred on the Embassy’s initiatives to promote the fifth edition of Italian Cuisine Week (23-29 November 2020). The Ambassador focused on the embassy’s collaboration with FoodCycle, a non-profit organisation supporting communities across the country, which included, during Italian Cuisine Week, the distribution of 400 meals prepared by the chef at the embassy, to multiple locations around London.
