The Embassy of Italy in Oslo has recently published on its website the new e-book “Praktisk veiledning ved huskjp i Italia” (Practical guide to buying real estate in Italy), aimed at the many Norwegians who intend to invest in Italy in the real estate sector.
In fact, Italy, thanks to the beauty of the territory, its historical and artistic heritage and its lifestyle, attracts an increasing number of Norwegians who decide to buy a second home here. In 2019, more than 250,000 people traveled from Norway to Italy.
The new initiative of the Italian Embassy in Norway aims to increase norwegian direct investments in Italy, and indirectly to recover the real estate assets of small villages that would otherwise be doomed to depopulation: it is no coincidence that the initiatives of many small Italian municipalities aimed at sale at a symbolic price of buildings in small villages, in exchange for their renovation.
The e-book aims to provide a first information base useful for evaluating the acquisition of a real estate property in Italy and to guide the buyer in the various stages of the purchase procedure.
The Italian Embassy in Oslo often publishes interesting guides. Here we talked about its guide to the wine market in Norway.
