The president of the Foundation, Mehdi Qotbi, has announced that six new museums will be inaugurated by 2021, including the highly anticipated museum in the Jamaa El Fna square in Marrakech. Meanwhile, there is also great anticipation for the exhibition on Delacroix, promised and then blocked by the pandemic. “There is a design of democratization of culture that takes shape in the new symbol of the Fnm, the fibula of Roman origin that summarizes the new graphics”, said President Qotbi.

The Academy aims, in agreement with the Ministry of Tourism, to discover artistic routes, such as that of the carpet route, through the various regions of Morocco, while the green label that symbolizes the conversion to clean energy of the Museum of modern and contemporary art of Rabat will be extended to the entire museum system. On the occasion of the Museum Festival, which is celebrated every 8 June, the doors of all the exhibition spaces will be open for free for one week.
