INDiplomacy – Italian Network for Diplomacy, together with Luiss Guido Carli University and with the support of the Italian Embassy in Rabat, organized a public event to discuss the future of academic cooperation and students exchange in the Mediterranean.

The event will take place on Friday, 13 May at the Hotel Rabat, 21 Avenue Chellah Hassan, Rabat.

Prof. Raffaele Marchetti, Luiss University’s Deputy Rector for Internationalization, will present the Luiss Initiative to promote and strenghten academic ties between Italy and other Mediterranean countries, with particular focus on bilateral agreements with academic partners in Morocco.

H.E. Armando Barucco, Italian Ambassador to Morocco, will open the event. The panel includes several distinguished guests: Farid El Bacha, Dean of the Faculty of Law at Mohamed V Agdal University; Ilham Hamdai, Coordinator of Master “Droit des Echanges Euro-Méditerranéen” at Mohamed V Agdal University, Hassan Radoine, Director of the School of Architecture, Planning & Design at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University; Mustapha Azaitraoui, Professor at Sultan Moulay Slimane University; and Najib Mokhtari, Professor at the International University of Rabat (UIR).

The panel will be chaired by Khalid Chaouki, director of INDiplomacy.

Also, starting from 2 PM, high school and university students interested in applying at Luiss University will be able to present their application with the support of the INDiplomacy staff.
